X10 ESSENTIALS: TIMESCAPE AND MEDIASCAPE

TIMESCAPE:

all in one package!!

there is a link in screen in timescape
facebook and twitter integration is in timescape.
it has auto update feature which updates ur phone in time
timescape shows new style in performing and showing data:
it shows tiles and in form of splines. also, when u touch the tile, it animates a different style. looks very good.

u get the following things+u can add too..
(order left to right)
mix-call log-messaging-emails-camera roll-played music-twitter-facebook.

also, u get an status of twitter and facebook which u can update and can be seen on top.

u get amazing themes(if updated) for timescape.

u get notifications settings as well. when there is an update, notify etc,... it comes on the notify bar.


MEDIASCAPE

this is an all rounder media explorer.

it shows photos music video

photo:

1>it shows the photos in form of thumbnails and u can drag the drawer from left to right. when u touch, u will get an image. rotating the phone results into landscape enlarged view. there u get five options onscreen

2>zooming (-) (+)+ message icon( for sharing) + star icon(for making it a favourite)

3>there is a play, back and next button. touching the play button starts an slideshow. u can do settings by pressing the left hardware key.

4>the infinite button on top is a great mechanism. it shows all info, search and dedicated search.

5> ur photos get listed as recently viewed, taken and favourites

video:

same points as 1,3 and 4 (no slideshow ofcourse) u will get an extra sharing options.

here u get recently played, added, favourites, most viewed and shuffle

infinite button is same here.

music:

u get recently added, played and favourites.

there is an PLAYnow search there, same infinite button here.

trackid is also an source for this. playlists can be done but its automatic.

DEDICATED CAPTURE KEY WITH ZOOM KEYS(default by volume keys) the capture key is a two satge button. first click makes the cam auto focus, second click makes it to take pic.

the zoom controls are the volume keys.

IMAGE+VIDEO TRAY:

located at right bottom side of screen, this tray captures ur recent pics and videos u caught them. its handy by the way. 

THE CAMERA-VIDEO SWITCHER:

its a two key onscreen button. it helps u to switch to cam or video mode.

8 MEGAPIXEL CAMERA. A WONDER OF PICS

8 mp camera dashes out the world of smartphones!!! SE is enlargely known for its audio and video quality. the lens of SE are powerful and larged so that u get wide aspect. in x10, 8mp camera does its work quite brilliantly.

IMAGE STABILIZER:

a wonderful aspect, this helps u take pictures with shaky hands. while clicking, sometimes when u threat ur hands, the image captured comes blurry. x10 gives u an full support advantage of image stabilizer to give excellent pics at even 30 degree shake. its a quite good feature for photography.

RESOLUTION (ASPECT RATIO) :

the ratio at which the pic is to be clicked is done by the aspect ratio. in x10, its available in creen on left side icons. it has:

8mp 4:3

6mp 16:9

2mp 4:3

2mp 16:9

PHOTO LIGHT:

NOTE: it will be converted to flash in 2.1

the camera has a photo flash with it. x10 gives a round of quality pics, the flash saves the close ups and straight bend landscape photos.with it, the brightness meter is also with help for ur pic. this light is converted to flash after 2.1, so it will now encourage more excellent photography.

SMILE/FACE DETECTION

one of the compassionate feature. this allows u to take pics when u smile!!! when anyone smiles, x10 recongnises it and takes it immideately automatic. also face detection helps u to detect faces in a pic. the SE system has a "FACE TAG" where u can tag a photo of ur friends. and in future, when u take photos of them, u have tagged, their photos are automatically tagged by x10.

AUTO FOCUS:

one more key factor, there is auto focus in x10. when a scene, mode, face is recongnised, the picture is caught with autofocus letting u have a wonderful clear pic.

TOUCH CAPTURE:

here u can just touch ur pic and its caught. it works like=
when ur taking a pic, just touch the area which u want more focus on screen. when u do it, the pic is caught with more focus on that area u touched ON SCREEN.

AUTO SCENE RECONGNITION:

it recongnises the need of user and the pic and sets the camera itself.

x10 battery back-up

there is been a loud discussion about the battery consumptions. well such a powerful android device with 1ghz processor needs such consumptions. well these are discussed with x10 as it is a drawback.

well every android seeming device faces problem of battery. now i have already formulate a battery consumption:

1) the 1ghz processor are a big consumer of battery! but by known, atleast recharge cycles of 10 have nearly ended the problem by 30%.

 here are the points:

{THE POINTS MENTIONED MAY OR MAY NOT APPLY, BUT PLEASE TRY. :) }

A) the mobile out of the box sucks very much power at glance, but the charge cycle will definately help u .
    atleast try to finish the battery whole battery, because its necessary to charge 100% to 0%

B) the 6 recharge cycles with help u. here the battery increases by 18% (atmost).

C) please keep ur phone auto web update off. it updates the net and uses ur battery

D) download advanced task killer from market and keep it at homescreen. auto kill the background apps.

E) please untick the timescape auto update feature. its an integral part of consuming.

F) keep off the wifi/gps/a-gps/gprs when not in use.

G) while sleeping, keep phone in silent mode and when network is not necessary, keep in FLIGHT MODE.

H) the battery will add upto 3%^ upto each 2 cycles. and when u do so, it will activate each cell in power.

and upto each cycle, it gears ur x10. and now any more additions, pl tell me...............
